Box filling systems

Top loading stations usually are the completion of all types of automation. They have to fulfill highest demands regarding performance, flexibility and disposability so that you can produce efficiently. Each product makes different demands on the filling systems; we will help you to find the appropriate system offering 3 options - so that your production is running at its optimum:

option 1: series MTL-C continuous filling for careful product handling The product is filled into the box continuously; no forces are exerted on the good. This guarantees that the product stays in position and is not damanged. This principle is used if especially careful treatment of the piece good is needed for filling into the box.
option 2: series MTL-D dropping principle for flexibility: bulk products or stacked products place specific demands to the filling process: flexibility at grouping as well as configuration of the assortment. This is what we use our dropping principle for. Just sensitive stacked goods like loose sheets of paper, which must not shift, can be filled this way reliably in the box.

option 3: pick & place systems Mohrbach pick & place systems signify high speed and flexibility in all areas, for all piece products. Flexible filling heads (suction or gripping) adapt to the particular products. Different grouping and feeding systems can be integrated successfully. We offer the following pick & place systems:
